These are categorised as "specials” and will be made as one off garments as and when required. For an order to proceed a request is to be made at the uniform shop and supporting that will be our requirement to take measurements of the student concerned.
The measurements will be assessed and the size made will be the closest match to the grading rule applied to the standard size range for that item. Generally the largest actual measurement is how the selection is arrived at.

Please note: these garments are not made to measure as we do not offer a tailoring service. Any further adaptions to the supplied "special" garment is for the responsibility of the customer.

All garments/items made as "specials” will need to be referred to our Head Office who will then provide a quotation.

For the order to proceed full payment will be required as per the quotation.

In general "specials” take up to 6 weeks to supply.

Uniforms can be purchased online, or by visiting the school uniform shop. Layby's are available and payments for layby's can be made by internet banking or in person. WINZ quotes and purchases are also available.
Minimum layby payment is $20.

Students can come in for a fitting and our staff will supply them with an "order” docket to take home for a layby. Payments can be made through Internet Banking (ONLINE) at your convenience. All "orders/layby's" must be fully paid up before being handed over. Layby's that have an initial 30% deposit will be held for 8 weeks and can be paid off during that time.
Layby's without a deposit will be returned to stock within 2 weeks if you have not contacted the shop with further instructions.
A "layby" service is not available through the online ordering shop.
Payments through internet banking are recommended if you cannot visit the shop.
Minimum layby payment is $20.

Particulars is your information so we know where the payment has come from and can be credited against your account.

You can pay by visiting the school uniform shop when open.

Pick up an Avonside Girls' or  Shirley Boys' High School uniform price list form from the uniform shop or download the PDF above. You can use this for submission to WINZ.
Your uniform will be fitted once you have been issued with your WINZ card specifically coded for uniform purchases. Please be aware there is a limited time frame for you to purchase.
